1. Handling time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 5:00pm are processed from the next business day. We don't process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery takes approximately 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on your location in the UK.
3. Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order — FullKit covers the full delivery cost. There are no hidden charges at checkout.
4. Confirmation and tracking
When your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If tracking hasn't arrived within the handling window, check your spam folder, then contact support@fullkit.co.uk or +44 7949 864272.
5. Delays
Carriers occasionally run behind, particularly at peak times. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate straight away.
6. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't take responsibility for parcels undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address — but if something goes wrong, get in touch and we'll do what we can to help.

We want you to be happy with every shirt. If you're not, you have 30 days from delivery to return your order.
Return conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with packaging and any tags attached.
What's covered
- Change of mind or wrong size ordered: returnable within 30 days — return postage is paid by the customer, and we recommend a tracked service as we can't refund items lost in transit without proof of return.
- Damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described: contact us first and we'll cover the return cost and put it right with a replacement or full refund.
How to return
Email support@fullkit.co.uk (or call +44 7949 864272) with your order number, the email used at purchase, and the reason for return — plus a photo if the item arrived damaged. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please contact us before posting anything back.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you the outcome and process any refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original outbound shipping was free, so there's nothing to deduct.
Exchanges
Want a different size? Follow the same steps and tell us the size you need — subject to stock, we'll ship the replacement once your return reaches us.
Your statutory rights
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are unaffected by this policy.
