Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch

You can cancel your order free of charge at any point before it ships. Email support@fullkit.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible — orders are processed within 1–3 business days, so the sooner the better. If we catch it in time, you'll receive a full refund within 7 business days.

After dispatch

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you're covered twice over: your statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and our own 30-day returns policy, which is more generous. Simply follow the steps in our Returns & Refunds Policy once your parcel arrives.
