What is FullKit?
A UK online shop for genuine football shirts — current-season kits, retro classics, national teams, kids' and women's ranges, plus training wear, tracksuits and shorts.
Are your shirts genuine?
Yes — every product we sell is 100% genuine. We source only from trusted suppliers and quality-check every shirt before dispatch. We never sell replicas or counterfeits, and every order is covered by our 30-day returns policy.
How do I order?
Pick your shirt and size, add to basket, check out, and you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
What payments do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express — plus the express options shown at checkout, all processed securely.
How much is shipping?
Free on every UK order, no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Handling is 1–3 business days (orders after 5:00pm process the next business day), then delivery takes roughly 7–10 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes — a tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. See our Track Your Order page.
What's your returns policy?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn with tags. Change-of-mind returns are welcome (customer pays return postage); if anything arrives damaged, wrong or faulty, we cover it. Full details in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Do you do exchanges?
Yes — contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll sort it subject to stock.
What sizes do you stock?
Adult XS–3XL on most shirts, with dedicated kids' sizing — check each product's size guide before ordering.
