Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to all purchases made through www.fullkit.co.uk ("the Website"). By placing an order with FullKit you agree to the following.

1. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other store policies, form the agreement between you and FullKit. We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted on the Website.

2. Products and availability

All products are subject to availability. We work to keep listings accurate and current, but may withdraw or amend any product without notice. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in colour or detail can occur.

3. Pricing

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the UK is free. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors, including after an order is placed — in that case you may proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

By ordering you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order due to stock, payment or pricing issues, with a full refund of any amount paid.

5. Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout via the methods shown on the Website. Orders are not dispatched until payment has cleared.

6. Delivery

Handling takes 1–3 business days and delivery approximately 7–10 business days thereafter, as set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are made in good faith but aren't guaranteed; we're not liable for delays outside our control, and you're responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

7. Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the return.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the products in that order, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
